Once upon a time, there was an old lady who lived alone in a cozy cottage by the woods. She was known for her eccentricities and love for unusual pets. One sunny morning, she accidentally swallowed a fly while sipping her morning tea.
As soon as the fly buzzed into her mouth, the old lady coughed and spluttered. She realized what had happened and exclaimed, 'Oh dear! I seem to have swallowed a fly!'
