Today was a special day for Mia. She jumped up and down, shouting, "I am one year older, one year wiser! Look at me! I’m taller and stronger!" Her friends cheered, "Hooray for Mia! You are so bright!" The sun was shining, and everyone was excited to celebrate graduation. Mia felt proud as she wore her cap and gown, ready to take the next step toward being the best she could be. She smiled and said, "Thank you for helping me!"
As they gathered for the ceremony, Mia looked around at her friends. "Our lights are burning bright!" she exclaimed. They all agreed, chanting, "Knowledge is our guiding light!" Mia's mom and dad were waiting outside, holding a big bouquet of flowers just for her. "We are so proud of you, Mia!" her mom exclaimed, hugging her tightly. "You've worked hard, and today is just the beginning of many more adventures!" Her dad chimed in, "Let's celebrate this special day with ice cream!" Mia giggled and cheered, "Yes, ice cream for everyone!" They all laughed and joined hands, feeling the joy of the moment.
As they walked to the ice cream shop, Mia held her mom's hand and looked around at her friends, her heart full of happiness. "I'm so lucky to have you all by my side," she said gratefully.
