One sunny morning, Aisha, a bright 10-year-old girl, walked to school. She saw an old man sitting on the footpath with a sign that read, "Hungry and jobless. Please help." Aisha stopped and said, "Here, take my sandwich!" The old man smiled and said, "Thank you, little one. You are very kind!" Aisha felt good inside but also worried about him.

In class, the teacher asked, "What can you do to change the world?" Aisha raised her hand and shared her story. Everyone listened. Inspired, Aisha and her friends made a project called "The Jar of Change." They brought coins and helped the man start a stall selling tea. Soon, they were helping younger kids by tutoring, organizing a Skill Day, and sharing stories of community kindness. Weeks later, Aisha passed by again and saw the man, now smiling behind his stall. Her teacher had a poster: "No step is too small when you walk with kindness."
