Detective Dog Max was ready for a day of fun. He wore his detective hat and grabbed his magnifying glass. Today, he would solve a mystery in the neighborhood!

Max heard a loud noise. It was the sound of Mrs. Baker crying. She lost her cookies! Max ran to her house. It smelled sweet and yummy!

"Don't worry! I will help you, Mrs. Baker!" said Max. He sniffed the air for clues. He smelled chocolate and vanilla. Where could the cookies be?

Suddenly, Max saw doggy paw prints on the ground. "These tracks are fresh!" he exclaimed. Max decided to follow the trail. It led him to a big tree.

Under the tree was Benny the Beagle. He was munching on cookies! Benny looked surprised. "Oh no!" he said. "I didn't mean to take them!"

Max wagged his tail. "It's okay, Benny! We can share them!" Max took a cookie and handed it to Benny. They both took a big bite!

The cookies tasted wonderful! Max and Benny decided to go back to Mrs. Baker. They wanted to teach everyone about sharing.

When they reached Mrs. Baker's house, they told her what happened. Mrs. Baker smiled and said, "Sharing is caring! Let's bake more cookies together!"
