Daisy was a cheerful girl who loved adventures. One sunny day, she was playing in the park when she heard a soft whimper. She looked around and saw a small puppy hiding behind a tree. The puppy was brown and white, with big, sad eyes that seemed to call for help. Daisy knelt down and whispered, 'Hey there, little buddy. Are you lost?'.

The puppy wagged its tail and came closer, nuzzling Daisy's hand. Daisy smiled brightly, knowing she had to help this lost pup. She decided to find his owner and make sure he was safe. 'Let’s go on an adventure together!' she exclaimed. The little puppy barked happily and followed her as they started their quest.

Daisy looked around the park, hoping someone might recognize the lost puppy. She spotted a friendly lady walking her dog. 'Excuse me!' Daisy called. 'Do you know who this puppy belongs to?'. One boy with a blue hat looked down and said, 'Yes, I know him! His name is Max!'. Daisy's heart soared. 'Do you know who his owner is?'.

The boy nodded excitedly. 'Max’s owner is a girl named Lily. She lives right by the park!'. Daisy thanked the boy and raced in the direction he pointed, with Max trotting happily beside her. They were so close to reuniting him with his owner, and this adventure was almost over.

As they approached Lily's house, Daisy felt a flutter of excitement. She hoped Lily would be so happy to see her puppy again! Max began to bark as they neared the front porch. When they arrived, Daisy knocked on the door. Moments later, a girl with curly hair and bright eyes opened the door.

'Max!' Lily squealed, running down the steps and gathering the puppy in her arms. Daisy grinned ear to ear, feeling proud of the adventure they had taken together. 'I found him in the park. He was lost!'. Lily looked at Daisy, her smile beaming. 'Thank you so much! You’re like a hero!'.
