In a land of shadows, a Dark Knight sat upon a black rock. His face, hidden in the mist, was mysterious and fierce. "Listen closely, my friends!" he said in a deep, echoing voice. "I have tales of adventure to share. They are dark, but full of courage!" The smoke curled around him, adding to the enchantment of his words. The trees whispered secrets, and the night held its breath as the knight began his story.
The Dark Knight began to speak of a brave little boy named Finn. Finn had a heart of gold and faced his fears, just like a hero. The knight's voice danced through the air, mesmerizing the children who gathered around. "One day, Finn found a hidden path in the forest. He followed it to a glowing cave. Inside, he discovered a treasure of magic!" The Dark Knight's features shifted with every word, capturing the attention of all the little listeners. His dark eyes sparkled with excitement as he continued, "But there was a dragon! A fierce one, guarding the treasure. Finn had to be clever and brave to get the gold!"
Finn took a deep breath and crept closer to the dragon, whose scales gleamed like polished stones. He remembered a legend about dragons loving riddles, so he devised a clever one. 'Oh mighty dragon,' Finn called out bravely, 'I have a riddle for you. Solve it, and I shall leave; fail, and you shall share your treasure!' The dragon, intrigued, lifted its great head and nodded, its eyes gleaming with interest.
Finn then spoke his riddle: 'What has roots as nobody sees, is taller than trees, up, up it goes, and yet never grows?' The dragon pondered, smoke curling from its nostrils as it thought. At last, it answered with a rumbling voice, 'A mountain!' Finn nodded, smiling, for he knew the dragon's choice of answer. Impressed by Finn's bravery and wisdom, the dragon stepped aside, allowing him to take a small, shimmering gem from the pile.
With the gem in his hand, Finn hurried back along the hidden path, his heart bursting with pride. He returned to his village, where he was greeted as a hero. The Dark Knight's tale ended there, leaving the children in awe of Finn's courage and cleverness. The shadows seemed a little less dark, and the magic in the night glowed brighter as they dreamed of adventures of their own.
